Don’t Pin Me Down is Maureen’s eclectric music program that airs every Friday from 12 til 2pm.
Now entering her 10th year as a presenter on 2SEA Maureen is still enjoying presenting her wide variety of world music to a discerning audience.
Traveling from Towamba, from where she first got the taste for broadcasting with the Towamba Narrowcast Radio station, her enthusiasm and commitment to 2SEA is as strong as ever.
As a member of the 2SEA Committee she is also a major part of our fundraising and promotions efforts.
As she said back in 2000 when she joined the station – ‘We have a huge range of presenters. We have people here who have overcome great obstacles and are giving of themselves to our community, for the great pleasure that we know music gives”.
She believes the community station, full of people from all walks and paths in life, remains entirely relevant to listeners now as it did 10 years ago when she joined the crew.
