Multigenerational housing is rising across Australia

While moving out of the family home is considered the norm across the country, an increasing number of Australians are returning to live with their parents in multigenerational households.  

Brisbane has more multigenerational houses than ever, according to 2015 and 2016 analysis done by academics at UNSW City Futures Research Centre.  

So what are the main reasons driving this trend?
