Battery and critical minerals sector to ramp up during global fuel crisis

The global fuel crisis is causing more Australians to go out and buy electric vehicles; that’s according to the CEO of the Advanced Materials and Battery Council.

He also went on to say that there is a big spike in demand for batteries to drive cars coming from a range of countries including the USA and that Australia is well placed to meet such demand.

Lynard Cucksey CEO of AMBC spoke on the From Pillar to Post podcast where he began by allaying concerns many people still have about batteries combusting in their homes and garages.
