The Indonesian Cyber Election

With president Jokowi unable to run for re-election Indonesia is going to have a new president with three candidates vying for the chance to lead the world’s third largest democracy. In a nation with some of the largest number of social media users in the world, the digital campaign could decide who will become the next leader.

Stephen Hill talked to ANU Associate Professor Ross Tapsell about how the internet is being deployed by the different candidates.
