Public registrar needed for incidences in out of home care

The following story contains details some listeners may find distressing.Suicide advocates say there is indescribable grief over the death of a 10 year old Indigenous boy in Western Australia.
The 10 year old was living with relatives under state care when he took his own life last weekend.
An organisation is asking the WA government to establish a public registrar of suicide and self-harm incidences in out-of-home care.
