A country pub in the Northern New South Wales is facing tight noise restrictions after a handful of noise complaints from neighbours.The Eltham Hotel, 30 kms west of Byron Bay, is well known for its thriving live music scene.The State government has announced steps to revive the hospitality and entertainment industries, including some rules around noise complaints.But is it too late?
