Labor secures third term in Victorian election

After weeks of campaigning marred by controversy, the Labor Party has emerged victorious following Victoria’s state election.

Labor, led by the divisive Premier, Daniel Andrews, looks set to govern the state in majority- avoiding a predicted minority government or hung parliament.

The win marks the beginning of Labor Government’s third consecutive term in Victoria.
