Findings of carbon credit system review overlook concerns, experts say

Experts are unhappy with the findings of an independent review of Australia’s controversial carbon credit system  

The review, led by former chief scientist Ian Chubb, made some recommendations that Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen is keen to adopt, but there are some not involved in the  report who say that it overlooked vital concerns.
