Diversifying Teachers could Address Long Standing Educational Issues

A new report from the University of Melbourne has shown engaging people of diverse backgrounds within Australia’s teaching industry could improve staff shortages and student performance.

The report outlines several strategies to address current issues in the education sector, by recruiting teachers across four underrepresented minority groups.
