DEI policies fall short in organisations: research

New research from University of technology Sydney and Macquarie University explores why diversity, equality and inclusion policies in the workforce aren’t working the way they should. 
 
While Australia is one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world, leadership positions usually remain held by white men. 
 
This leads employees from diverse backgrounds feel unsafe to speak at work.
