Cuba is rapidly running low on oil and is facing a humanitarian crisis as a result of the United States reimposing its Cold War era embargo on the island.
This comes as the US claims the Cuban government poses an “unusual and extraordinary threat” and is cooperating with “dangerous adversaries”.
So why is the US ramping up pressure on Cuba again?
