Footy fans are gearing up for South Australia’s third AFL Gather Round with the four-day event expecting to see national crowds flock to the state.
The event looks to generate significant boost for SA, with previous years seeing major tourism uptick and contributing millions of dollars to the state’s economy.
This year, SA’s Barossa Valley have also been preparing for the footy festival’s regional expansion with the community hosting the event for the first time at newly built Barossa Park.
