The Workplace Gender Equality Agency published their latest report on gender pay gaps of Australia’s largest companies this week.
While the average gap fell from 13.1% to 12.7%, the change in employer’s gender pay gap has widened.
Some organisations are developing strategies to not just close the pay gap, but to bring diversity to their workforce.
